~recipe of YVI (YashintyaVidi)

GELATIN MADE OF SEAWEED
(AGAR-AGAR)

what we need :
1 packet of gelatin made of seaweed (agar-agar)
900 cc of drinking water
120 gram of sugar
pan

how to make :
add 1 packet of gelatin made of seaweed (agar-agar) to 900 cc of drinking water at a slow boil and stir until dissolve. add 120 gram of sugar (or according to taste) and stir well. pour into a mould and let it cool.
